WORK OUT

Bersenam ni perkara mudah yang payah. Mudah sebab kat mana2 pun boleh bersenam. Tak semestinya kena pergi gym baru boleh bersenam. Yang jadi payahnya sebab malas dan mungkin juga faktor masa. Maklumlah pagi2 lagi sebelum nampak tanah dah kena keluar rumah supaya tak tersangkut dalam traffic jam...dah malam baru sampai rumah semula. Tapi tak pe, mari kita tengok beberapa tips yang disarankan dalam Time Out KL on how to work out in the office. Jadi ke tak ni....

1. Don't make internal phone calls
Why not walk over to the person you would have called?
2. For exactly the same reason, don't send internal emails
3. Lift the bin up with your feet before putting litter in
This works your thigh and lower abdominal muscles.
4. Go through regular doors rather than the automatic ones
Pushing the doors recruits your triceps (back of the arms), shoulders and chest muscles.
5. If your chair has castors, use it to move around the office
Sitting upright and pulling with the balls of the feet is a great hamstring toner.
6. Don't keep a bottle of water on your desk
Walk back and forth to the cooler.

Pilih lah yang mana agak2 sesuai dgn keadaan anda. Selamat bersenam!
