WELCOME 2009





Usually the arrival of new year is marked with the display of beautiful fireworks at 12 midnight. This year was no exception. The fireworks display at the KLCC park was amazing. It was right in front of us, yes literally @ technically. Before this we just sat in our backyard and watch the fireworks in the comfort of our home. But this year my husband had a surprise for me and we headed to KL in the afternoon without me knowing where our destination was. hmmm... it was revealed later that day. Anyway, it was a pleasant one.

Apabila tahun baru juga...people talk about new resolutions....asal tahun baru je..azam pun nak baru...tapi tak tau lah azam lama tu dah tercapai ke belum...

These are the tips on how to make a New Year's resolution taken from NST (Thursday, January 1, 2009)

Step 1: Be realistic by setting achievable goals (hmm....nak turunkan berat badan sebanyak 15kg)

Step 2: Describe your resolutions in specific terms

Step 3: Break down large goals into smaller ones

Step 4: Find alternatives to a behavior that you want to change

Step 5: Aim for things that are truly important to you.


p/s: Semoga 12 bulan akan datang penuh keberkatan, 54 minggu penuh kejayaan, 365 hari penuh kegembiraan, 8760 jam tercapai segala impian. selamat tahun baru 2009.

  2. Jadinya, setiap bulan kena turun at least 1.25kg. hmmmm... (sedang meragui kemampuan diri sendiri)... kuatkan semangat....

    kalau tak boleh...mmmm...berazam nak buat senaman poco-poco lah...kalau nak berenang..tak pandai lagi...masih takuuuuut...guna board tu pun takut...

  7. plannya lepas 6.30 sbb my class habis 6.20. eh, tp tak lambat ke? saya pun x sure ustazah. ni kira swimming sampai pool tutup la ni.. hihi
